What we collect
Voice of Hope Church operates Church Everything and its connected Church and Booth services. We collect the name, verified phone number, access requests, messages, media, and church contributions you provide. These may reveal religious beliefs. We automatically collect account and device identifiers, notification preferences, language, first-open and phone-verification events, and operational data. Providers also process network information such as IP addresses.
How we use and share it
We use this information for sign-in, access control, church planning, messaging, notifications, synchronization, and security. Authorized church administrators, Booth operators, and participants see information according to their roles, including recorded app-open and phone-verification events for administrators. Public content may appear on the church website or in services. Recipients may keep exported copies. We do not use app data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Service providers
Google Firebase provides sign-in, cloud storage, and server services. Google receives and stores phone numbers submitted for verification for spam and abuse prevention across Google services; SMS charges and reCAPTCHA may apply. Apple processes device tokens and notification content. With the author’s permission, OpenAI processes announcement titles and text for translation. When an administrator or organizer submits a program import, its PDF, image, or text is sent to OpenAI through the church’s Mac to extract program activities. Import source files are removed from church cloud storage after processing or cancellation; the program and import history remain.
Our service providers must protect shared data at least as described in this policy. Processing may occur outside your country. External websites, including YouTube, have their own privacy policies.
This website uses Cloudflare for delivery, security, email protection, and usage and performance analytics. Cloudflare processes network and request data; its policy is linked below.
Your choices
Guest browsing does not require phone verification. You choose what to submit and can turn off announcement translation before publishing. Manage notifications in the app and revoke camera, microphone, photo, or notification permissions in iPhone Settings. Settings, caches, drafts, and personal Bible reading data are stored on your device; submitted or synced scripture is shared in the cloud.
Retention and deletion
Account data remains until deletion; messages, media, and church records remain until removed, with separate cleanup schedules for temporary and operational records. There is no single automatic expiration.
To delete your account and private data, choose More → Profile → Delete Account. Guest accounts can be deleted without providing a phone number; phone-linked accounts require phone verification. After deletion, browsing remains available without an account. A new account is created only if you request access again. A sole administrator must first appoint another administrator. Shared church records remain with account attribution anonymized; personal details within shared text and exported copies are not automatically removed. Signing out does not delete your account.
We retain a minimal account identifier and deletion status to block old sessions and support cleanup retries. Identifying cleanup details are removed when cleanup completes. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention processes.
